I feel kind of stupid for trusting that this would work with my batteries. The compatibility info seemed like it would be fine, but once I tried it, it just didn’t fit. Annoying and definitely not what I expected...

I was hoping this would be decent but after only a few weeks it barely holds a charge anymore, kinda frustrating honestly... feels useless if I have to keep charging it all the time

The light itself works fine, so I’ll give it that, but the clip loosened up quickly and the body feels cheaper than I expected for what it costs. It kind of gives me the impression the company was more focused on keeping costs down than making something that really feels durable.

I ordered last week and still haven’t gotten any tracking info or real update. On top of that, I keep getting asked to verify things over and over, which is getting annoying. I just want to know where my order is...

I really liked this flashlight when I first got it. It was bright, felt sturdy, and seemed like a solid little light to keep around.

After a few months though, it started flickering and sometimes wouldn’t even turn on unless I gave it a tap. For the price, I expected it to be more dependable. Maybe I just got a dud, but it’s frustrating when something you keep for emergencies starts acting up. Not sure I’d buy it again...

I reached out to streamlight support because I was having an issue with my light, it took way longer than I expected just to get a response.

When they finally got back to me, the reply felt super generic, like someone just pasted a standard answer and hoped I’d go away. It didn’t really address what I asked, so I had to follow up and then sit around waiting all over again.
I’m not saying their products are bad, but the support experience left a bad impression. It kind of felt like they were trying to do the bare minimum instead of actually helping me fix the problem.

I got this for my night walks, but the light just doesn’t reach as far as I hoped. It’s okay up close, but the distance feels weak :(

I ordered a Streamlight, and to be fair, the item itself looked okay at first glance, but the packaging gave me a bad feeling. The box seemed a little off, there wasn’t any proper paperwork included, and when I tried checking the serial number, it didn’t match up. I reached out to support, but the response was slow, so I decided it wasn’t worth the risk and returned it. Maybe it was just a one-off issue, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from here again.

I’ve used a couple of Streamlight lights for work, and overall they’re decent. They’re bright, easy to carry around, and do the job most of the time. That said, one of mine started getting wonky after a few months, especially with the switch, which was annoying when I needed it to just work. I wouldn’t say they’re bad, but for heavy daily use I expected them to feel a bit tougher. The info on the site is fine, but nothing really stands out. I’d probably buy another one if the price was good, but I’d be a little hesitant paying full price.

I picked up this streamlight mostly for power outages and the usual random stuff around the house. It’s definitely bright and feels sturdy, so I do feel better having it around for emergencies. The battery life is just okay. I was expecting it to last a lot longer based on what was promised, but in real use it dies way quicker than I thought it would. Kind of disappointing, honestly.

I do like the flashlight, honestly. It works well and I don’t really have complaints about the product itself. But the warranty part was a bit disappointing. I figured it would be straightforward since they mention coverage, but then I still had to pay for shipping and wait it out.

I was told this switch would be easy and smooth to use, but it’s just awkward. It’s really hard to press, and every time I use it I’m reminded that it didn’t live up to what was promised.

Switching modes takes too many clicks, and it gets annoying quickly. I’m sure other customers would appreciate a simpler, faster way to choose the mode they want.

I dropped it once and it broke right away, so I’m disappointed. It just doesn’t seem durable enough for regular use. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I bought a light from Streamlight and, I don’t know, it works fine I guess, but I kept thinking it should feel a little more impressive for the price. The brightness is okay, and it does the job, but then you look at what you paid and it just feels kind of hard to justify. Maybe I expected more accessories or just a better overall feel. It’s not like it’s a bad product or anything, I’m still using it, but it definitely feels like part of the cost is just the brand name. For what I got, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I sent in a warranty claim and it was just frustrating. Took forever to get replies and I kept getting passed around like nobody wanted to deal with it. Kinda felt like they were trying to find any reason not to help me. Really disappointed with the whole thing, I don’t think I’ll buy another Streamlight after this.
